| 内容記述 | ネルソン= ウィンターの進化経済学モデルは，様々な分野の学説に影響を及ぼした．とりわけ組織理論への影響は大きかった．本稿の目的は，このモデルが組織理論の発展にどのような影響を与えたのかを学説史的に考察すると同時に，組織理論の発展にどのような制約をもたらしたのかを明らかにすることである．この目的のために，彼らの進化経済学がどのように構築されたのかを検討する．本稿の主張は概ね以下のとおりである．彼らの進化経済学モデルは，イノベーション普及のシミュレーションを目的としたものであるがゆえに，組織ルーティンという構成概念を提唱することとなった．組織ルーティン概念によって組織理論は大きく発展したが，一方で組織ルーティン概念がもたらす理論上の無限後退が組織理論の発展を制約することとなった． Nelson-Winter’s model of the evolutionary theory of economic change has influenced theories in a variety of fields. In particular, the theory’s impact on organization theories has been significant. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of this model on the development of organizational theories from a theoretical historical perspective, and at the same time, to identify what constraints it has placed on the development of organizational theories. To this end, we examine how their evolutionary theory of economic change was constructed. The arguments of this paper are generally as follows. Their evolutionary economics model was designed to simulate innovation diffusion, which led them to propose the construct concept of organizational routines. The organizational routine concept has led to a significant development of organizational theory, but on the other hand, the theoretical infinite regress brought about by the organizational routine concept has constrained the development of organizational theories. |
