| 内容記述 | 2009年に金融庁により先送りされた労働金庫の全国合併構想を財務分析によって改めて検証した．この結果，全国合併による協同組織金融機関としての存在意義低下の懸念が払拭できず，また住宅ローン偏重のビジネスモデルから依然として脱却できていないことを確認した．さらに，既に統合した労働金庫と未統合の労働金庫とを比較した分析からは，統合済金庫の方が未統合金庫より経営基盤が強化された結果は示されなかった．つまり，労働金庫の経営基盤強化に向けた取組みとしての全国合併構想の推進は支持されなかった．しかし，本稿の分析は，使用データが限定的な財務分析によるものであり，その他の要因は考慮されていないなど多くの課題が残されている．今後の更なる研究が必要である． | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper reexamines, through financial analysis, the plan for a nationwide integration of Labour Banks, which was postponed by the Financial Services Agency in 2009. The results show that concerns that a nationwide integration of Labour Banks would reduce their significance as cooperative financial institutions have not been dispelled and that they have not yet been able to break away from their business model of focusing on housing loans. Furthermore, the analysis comparing the integrated Labour Banks with unintegrated ones does not show that the integrated Labour Banks have strengthened their management foundations more than the unintegrated ones. In other words, there is no support for the promotion of the plan for a nationwide integration as an effort to strengthen the management foundations of the Labour Banks. However, a number of issues remain to be addressed, including the fact that the analysis in this paper is based on a financial analysis with limited data used, and other factors are not taken into account. Further research is needed. | |||||||||||
