| 内容記述 | This paper presents a correlation analysis and factor analysis of Japanese staff members employed in the UN System based on a survey conducted in 2003 on the career development of Japanese staff members. Through analyzing the correlations in the level of satisfaction in their work and various other factors, it was found that female staff members were performing their work at the same level as male staff members. It was also found that differences in their entry method to the UN System, i.e.mid-career (MC) group having worked in other organization(s) or internally promoted (IP) group appeared more significant than those between female and male staff members. | |||||||||||
