| 内容記述 | グローバル化が加速している．ヒト，モノ，カネ，情報の移動が国境の垣根を越え容易になっている． 本研究は，自発的に海外で働く日本人に焦点を当て，組織派遣ではなく，自発的に海外で起業家として活躍している日本人の特質を明らかにすることを目的としている．本稿では，バンコクで事業展開する5名の日本人起業家を紹介する．紹介事例は皆，日本で教育を受け国内での勤務経験のある日本人で，これらの起業家が自国で獲得した知識と技能を，東南アジアでどのように活用しているかについての検討を行う．本稿では特に自発的に海外で働く日本人起業家の男性，女性間の共通性，相異性に着目する． This research takes a comparative, international approach to understanding HRM focusing on emerging Japanese self-initiated expatriates (SIE) in South-East Asia. Five case studies of Japanese self-initiated expatriates working in Bangkok are presented and discussed. The research argues that Japanese males and females, who were educated and trained in Japan, transfer their knowledge and skills they gained in their home country to their businesses overseas, particularly in South-East Asia. This paper mainly investigates the pull and push factors influencing male and female Japanese as well as their motivations to embark on a self-initiated career. |
