Faculty names have been chosen to suggest a relationship between study and working post-graduation. This is not only the strategy for recruiting students but also appealing to the responsibility and conscience of universities as a social incubator of personal training. These structural changes are typically observed in the case of Hosei University Reform; a university that has successfully attracted new applicants for admission. A more important thing is that the rebuilding of new faculties has reformed Hosei University’s new educational systems and strengthened its financial base.
