意思決定と組織行動の理論からみるダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論：サイモン，マーチおよびトヴェルスキーからティースへ Dynamic Capabilities Framework in Terms of Theories of Decision-Making and Organizational Behavior : from Simon, March and Tversky to Teece 赤尾, 充哉 アカオ, アツヤ Akao, Atsuya サイモンは合理性を高める分析的意思決定や学習を強調した。一方マーチはルーティン的な学習が過学習を引き起こす可能性があるため，曖昧さ，愚かさ，非合理性を含む直観的な意思決定や学習が必要だという視点を提供した。トヴェルスキー＆カーネマンは，ヒューリスティクスや心理フレームが，一方では意思決定バイアスや誤りというネガティブな側面を不可避的に持つことを指摘した。これらの一連の意思決定理論，組織行動理論の議論を踏まえて，ティースのダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論（以下DC 論）を理論的に整理することを試みた。すなわち，DC 論は，企業の進化論的な生存のために，資産や組織能力の新たな補完的結合を実現することを主要な課題としている。そのためには，サイモンのいうような準分解可能な組織デザインと，補完的に利用可能な内外の組織能力の多様性を高めることが必要となるのである。 Simon emphasized analytical decision-making and learning that enhances rationality. March, on the other hand, offered the perspective that intuitive decision-making and learning involving ambiguity, foolishness, and irrationality are necessary because routine learning can lead to overlearning. Tversky & Kahneman pointed out that heuristics and psychological frames, on the other hand, inevitably have negative aspects of decision-making bias and error. Based on these series of discussions on　the theories of decision-making and organizational behavior, I tried to theoretically organize Teece’s DC flamework as follows: the main task of the DC framework is to achieve a new complementary combination of assets and organizational capabilities for the evolutionary survival of the firm.
